Razor sharp knife-wielding gauchos bringing waves of spit roasted meats, seafood and grilled fruits to the table was the Churrascaria experience at Brazzaz. PARACHIN created an environment that celebrates the burning embers concept, incorporating “fiery” textured wall panels, suspended glowing light skewers and a feature wall with flickering cubes of hot coals. Brazzaz, was a 10,000 SF, 300 seat white table cloth “Rodizio” (Brazilian Barbecue) steakhouse.
